Or you could simply eat healthy, using comomn sense and get a balanced meal plan that you can live with to succeed.
Most people do much better eating a balanced diet rather than one that has eliminated an entire food group such as carbohydrates. Before you choose a drastic diet try eating a balanced diet of healthy and whole foods. This should help you meet and even surpass all of your bodybuilding goals.
